koala straw for owala tumblers - glass

I recieved this as a gift. I literally put it in my tumbler and used it for a few hours, the bottom on it chipped and broke off. Super disappointed.

I loved how this straw matched my owala cup. I used it one or two times total, opened up the top this morning to rinse it out and found the straw completely shattered. I’m confused, disappointed, and wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

Is it weird to say this feels so good in my mouth? The thick glass, rounded edges and, smooth sides is just so satisfying. I am very happy with my purchase knowing I'm eliminating more plastic from my life, and it is pretty, too!

Cool idea and theyre rly cute and easy to wash. I wish there was something at the end of the straw so it didnt clang so loudly against the metal inside

The straw arrived broken, unfortunately. It appears to be high quality, but the packaging was not conducive for a fragile object.
